  • Fashion Forever website is operated by Fashion Forever team located at Coimbatore. The T's and C's mentioned here are important and will affect your legal rights. Please read the terms of use and conditions before participating.
  • This agreement applies between you, the User of this Web Site, and Fashion Forever, the owner(s) of this Web Site. By accessing or using the services provided by Fashion Forever (collectively, “Fashion Forever”, “we,” “us” or “our”) through our websites (collectively, the “Sites” and together with such services, the “Services”) you agree to be bound by these Terms and all of the terms incorporated herein by reference.
  • Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Web Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services in any way.

  • Fashion Forever reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we may or may not provide notice of such changes, such as by sending you an email notification or providing notice through the Sites. By continuing to access or use the Services in any way after such notice has been provided, you confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms and all of the terms incorporated therein by reference.     • Becoming a participant
  • Services of the website would be available all over India. If you are a minor i.e., under the age of 18 years but at least 13 years of age you may use the website but only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian or any adult who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If your age is below 18 years your parents or legal guardians can do transactions on your behalf of you if they are registered users. We reserve the right to decline any order or suspend your account.

  • In order to participate in FFA 2022, you are required to create an Account that will contain certain personal details and Payment Information which may vary based on your use of the Web Site as we may not require payment information until you wish to participate. By continuing to use this Web Site you represent and warrant that:
    • 1. All the information you submit is authentic, undisputed, and error-free
    • 2. You have permission to download Payment Information after your payment
    • 3. You will keep this information precise and up-to-date.
    • 4. Your creation of an Account is further affirmation of your representation and warranty.
    • 5. It is recommended that you do not share your Account details, particularly your username and password. Fashion Forever accepts no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your Account details being shared by you. If you use a shared computer, it is recommended that you do not save your Account details in your internet browse.
    • 6. If you have reason to believe that your Account details have been obtained by another without consent, you should contact Fashion Forever immediately to suspend your Account and cancel any

  • That you will use the services provided by the website for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the website.
  • You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Fashion Forever reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point in time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), it has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from the competition.
  • That you are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site.
  • Before participating in FFA 2022, you will check the contest details carefully. By participating, you agree to be bound by the conditions of Fashion Forever

    • You may not use the website for any of the following purposes
  • 1. Disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable gross material.
    • 2. Gaining unauthorized access to other computer systems.
  • 3. Interfering with any other person's use or enjoyment of the Site.
  • 4. Breaching any applicable laws;
  • 5. Interfering or disrupting networks or websites connected to the Site.
  • 6. Making, transmitting, or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner.
  • By entering the Competition, you agree and acknowledge that FASHION FOREVER is permitted to receive and review your registration data. Participants agree that personal data including, but not limited to, name, mailing address, phone number, and email address may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used for the purposes of conducting and administering this Fashion forever award function. At any time, participants have the right to access, review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by FASHION FOREVER by sending an email to the following address : fashion.forever.awards@gmail.com
  • Participants must also pay the entry fee(s) and complete the submission form in order to be considered for the competition.
  • Registeration fees will not be refunded under any situation
  • Only Indians are allowed to participate in this competition
  • All entries will be reviewed and pre-screened by our editors and group of FF Awards professionals. The screened entries are then reviewed by our FF Awards juries. Juries will choose the winners. The decisions of the juries are final.
  • Each photographer retains copyright of his or her images, and proper credit lines will be attributed to each photographer when exhibited or screened in FASHION FOREVER Facebook & Instagram pages.
  • All the images will be used only in connection with the awards and not for any other marketing purposes except promoting the FASHION FOREVER AWARDS.
  • The full name of each winners and runners under all category will be published in Fashion Forever website, Facebook & Instagram pages.
  • Cash Prizes will be paid by wire transfer or other electronic methods. No cash alternatives will be offered for any PRIZEs.
  • FASHION FOREVER reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove any photograph that does not comply with the following requirements, even after the photograph appears on the website. You warrant, in respect of the photographs submitted by you, as follows:
  • To the best of your knowledge, the photographs do not contain any infringing, threatening, false, misleading, abusive, harassing, libellous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic or profane content.
  • To the best of your knowledge, the photographs do not contain any material that could constitute or encourage conduct which would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.
  • The photograph does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any third person or entity, or violate any person's rights of privacy or publicity, and your photograph does not include:
  • FASHION FOREVER recognizes you retain full ownership of the copyright in each photograph that you have submitted.
  • You agree to participate in related publicity and to the use of your name and winning images for the purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity for FASHION FOREVER and the Competition without additional compensation. Such requests will not be unreasonably withheld.
  • In any case, registration fees once paid can't be cancelled or transferred to another user. Please read the terms and conditions carefully beforehand.
